The System Administrator is also responsible for administering systems associated with the discovery, reconciliation, compliance, and tracking of IT hardware and software.

The range may vary above or below the stated amounts. What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain integrations and automation within ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules. Administer software and hardware discovery systems.
- Administer application reconciliation systems.
- Develop and maintain IT asset management policies and procedures.
- Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for asset acquisition and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate records of asset inventory and usage.
- Support audits and reporting related to IT assets.
- Implement tools and systems for efficient asset tracking and management.
- Train staff on asset management processes and tools. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.

- High school or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology required. 2+ years in asset or inventory management preferred.
- IAITAM certification preferred or must be obtained within 18 months Physical Requirements
- Able to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
