Position Summary : Oversees Supercuts’ paid, social, earned, and influencer media strategy across national and local levels. Manages $10–15M working media budget and agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and lead integrated paid, social, influencer, and earned media strategies

Manage full working media budget and local media platforms

Oversee agency performance and negotiate contracts and scopes

Partner with analytics and digital experience teams to optimize media-to-conversion flow

Drive content strategy for social and influencer channels

Align media strategy with franchisee visibility and support needs

Required Experience :

10+ years in media strategy (inclusive of agency and client side)

Experience with franchise or decentralized retail models

Demonstrated success managing large budgets and complex agency relationships

Proven track record managing national and regional media planning and execution in a performance marketing model

Deep understanding of media performance metrics and optimization

Skilled in cross-functional campaign execution and leadership

Salary Range : $140,000-$160,000 per year based on the skills and experience the candidate brings forward.
