Salary : $22-$27 / hour

Overview :

The Landscape Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for leading a mowing crew, working closely with one to two other team members to execute assigned mowing routes. This position requires a strong understanding of landscaping and mowing techniques, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service. The Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring job site safety and demonstrating pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. This role demands hands-on work in various weather conditions and a commitment to upholding the company's integrity and professionalism.

Skill Set and Educational Requirements :

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Class E Driver's License (MO) or Class C (IL), or ability to obtain the license within 1 week of hire
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proper mowing techniques
• Ability to interact professionally with customers daily
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with operating mowing machinery
• CPR and First Aid certified is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
