Key Responsibilities
Support marketing strategies and day-to-day operations across various platforms and events
Coordinate RFP efforts, maintain sales project accuracy, and manage client contracts
Oversee conference logistics, including registration, materials submission, and travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
4+ years of administrative experience required
3+ years of strong PC knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Office, Teams, and PowerPoint
Technical proficiency with marketing systems and tools
