This position requires collaboration with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

This Per Diem position is in our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Towson, MD. MUST have weekday and weekend availability. Weekdays as early as 5 : 30am - 4 : 45pm, weekends as early as 5 : 45am until cases are done. Pay Range $38-45 / hour.

How You'll Contribute :

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the ASC RN is responsible for :

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plans.
• Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery.
• Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation.
• Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed.
• Provide patient education.
