Summary : The Marketing Intern will work with the Marketing team to support the marketing initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, enhance our brand, and engage with the communities we serve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and compile insights on competitors and industry trends.
- Help coordinate events, webinars, or community outreach activities.
- Update and maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM systems.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters and press releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications :
A Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Waterford Bank, N.A. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
