Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
• Support and lead technical design processes, analyzing application requirements to ensure they are met.
• Design, code, test, maintain, tune, and repair applications.
• Document software for maintainability and revise processes as needed.
• Follow coding best practices, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and security.
• Research and develop new features to enhance speed and performance.
• Learn user functions, business processes, and organizational roles as required.
• Ensure adherence to development guidelines, best practices, and SOLID principles among team members.
• Mentor other developers and associates when opportunities arise.
