Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Support and lead technical design processes, analyzing application requirements to ensure they are met.
- Design, code, test, maintain, tune, and repair applications.
- Document software for maintainability and revise processes as needed.
- Follow coding best practices, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and security.
- Research and develop new features to enhance speed and performance.
- Learn user functions, business processes, and organizational roles as required.
- Ensure adherence to development guidelines, best practices, and SOLID principles among team members.
- Mentor other developers and associates when opportunities arise.
Requirements
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including project management, prioritization, delegation, collaboration, and effective communication.Experience driving strategic IT solutions and implementing new technologies.5+ years of C#.NET programming experience with strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.Extensive experience with Service-Oriented Architecture, microservices, and RESTful Web APIs.Exceptional troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues.SQL Server database design, T-SQL, Entity Framework, and stored procedures experience.Proficiency with Visual Studio .NET 2019, .NET Framework 4.8+, ASP.NET / MVC, JavaScript frameworks (React.js or AngularJS), and version control tools like Git or TFS.Experience with deploying applications in Docker containers or understanding container architecture.This is a direct hire opportunity based in Overland Park, KS.
