As a Blow Molding Equipment Technician , you will play an integral role in maintaining our cutting-edge production machinery. This position is located on the 2nd shift, with hours from 4 : 00 pm to 2 : 30 am, Monday through Friday, including possible weekend overtime.

A Day in Your Role :

Expertly operate machines that craft containers in various sizes and colors, ensuring quality remains paramount.

Keep a vigilant eye on product quality, adhering to control standards and specifications.

Propose enhancements to work methods and equipment use to boost efficiency.

Swiftly inform supervisors of issues, offering solutions and support to coworkers whenever necessary.

Uphold stringent safety regulations while maintaining a tidy work area.

Conduct preventative maintenance on blow molding machines, chillers, and related equipment.

Handle mold adjustments and setups, ensuring machines are ready for operation.

Diagnose and resolve any electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic malfunctions.

Support operations by covering shifts and performing additional duties as needed.

What You Bring to the Table :

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Prior experience with Blow Mold Machine Maintenance is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing maintenance is necessary.

Physical ability to stand for long durations and lift up to 60 lbs.

Comfort working in varied temperature environments and around high noise levels.

Ability to wear and operate equipment using a full-face respirator if required.

Availability for necessary overtime work.
