Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Float Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel RN – Emergency Room Location : Gatesville, Texas Schedule : 36 hrs / week | 3x12 Night Shifts Contract Length : 13 Weeks Requirements : Active Texas RN License (or Compact). Certifications : BLS and ACLS required. Experience : At least 1 year of recent acute care experience (Med-Surg, ICU, or ER). Strong multitasking and critical-thinking skills with flexibility to float between units. ICU Info : Low acuity – drips and BiPAP, no vents Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive patient care across Med-Surg, ER, and ICU settings. Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor patient responses. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as necessary. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient outcomes. Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation. “We are an equal opportunity employer.
