job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInspecting individual packages on each line to ensure proper seals, clear & correct code dates and inspect the general appearance of each package. Record average package weights and bake loss at the end of the shifts. Record quality assurance reports for each line within each 1 hour time period. Put product on hold for further review by QC Manager. Measuring & recording the dimension, height, moisture and pH of baked cookies. A High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years experience in Food Science or related field is preferred Must be proficient in computers, specifically MS Office and / or Google Drive
