About The Position

Description :

The role involves working in Labor and Delivery, including recovery and postpartum care.

A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required, with a preference for those with 3+ years in OB.

Registered nurses will be expected to care for patients with various needs during labor and delivery.

Patient ratios in the postpartum unit are 1 : 4, while laboring patients may have a 1 : 1 ratio.

Nurses may float to other areas of the facility as needed based on staffing requirements.

All nurses must have current certifications and maintain compliance with medical protocols.

Flu vaccination is required during the designated flu season, with exemptions needing approval.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Dress code requires wearing black scrubs.
