Ezra is hiring : Influencer Marketing Executive, Growth in Jacksonville

Our mission at Ezra is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. We have developed a new way to screen for cancer everywhere in the body using a full body MRI powered by Artificial Intelligence.

We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer membership. Our members sign up for Ezra, visit a partner imaging center to get a full body MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 5-7 business days. Our scans and reports are all supported by AI.

Your mission

We’re looking for a motivated and highly analytical Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong ability to identify, recruit, and manage relationships with health influencers who can help amplify our brand message. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing and health who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

As the Influencer Marketing Executive at Ezra, you will lead and deliver :

• Influencer Identification & Outreach : Research and identify potential influencers in the medical, wellness, and lifestyle spaces who align with our brand values and target audience.
• Relationship Management : Engage with influencers to build strong, ongoing relationships. Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and align with Ezra’s brand voice.
• Negotiation & Contracting : Assist in negotiating terms of collaboration, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Manage contracts and agreements with influencers.
• Campaign Coordination : Coordinate logistics for influencer campaigns, including free scan scheduling, and content creation and posting schedules.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitor influencer content to ensure it meets our guidelines and expectations. Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Content Management : Oversee the creation, approval, and dissemination of influencer content across social media platforms. Ensure content is on-time, on-brand and compliant with regulations.
