The Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) Engineering organization has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Business Operations (Mid-Level and Expert) position in one of the following locations : Tukwila, Everett or Oklahoma City.

The role is expected to support on-site 100%. The Business Operations Focal guides and facilitates the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to achieve business goals related to work authorization, sourcing strategy, cost imperatives, and impact analyses. This role coordinates with business partners to validate analyses, define scope, and develop business cases aligned with long-range objectives in addition to supporting executive level leadership in running the business.

Primary responsibilities :

• Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
• Lead coordination of commitments with internal and external stakeholders for large-scale, complex plans supporting executive leadership strategies.
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases accordingly.
• Present plans and business cases to executive leadership for approval.
• Provide direction for implementation of work authorization.
• Facilitate establishment of management system architecture using Program Management Best Practices.
• Develop and maintain visibility systems to support management architecture.
• Utilize management systems to report status on commitments and compliance with plans.
• Represent executive management in communicating business policies, strategies, and directions internally and externally.
• Assist in task management and provide expert business advice to optimize executive resource utilization.
• Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience) :

Security Clearance : This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Summary Pay Range : Mid-Level : $93,500 - $126,500 Expert : $115,600 - $156,400 Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 21, 2025.

Export Control Requirements : This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Education : Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required.
