Key Responsibilities
Run daily open process order and error reports; resolve errors within 24 hours.
Perform routine audits of batch records and PAB reports to ensure accurate costing and inventory documentation.
Audit and reconcile receiving of bulk liquid and NMB reports for compliance with CARM and TTB protocols.
Post and reconcile Smirnoff In-Line Blend batches into SAP and balance inventory.
Maintain controlled documentation for quality and audit purposes.
Monitor inventory cycle counts and resolve large-dollar discrepancies, ensuring compliance signatures are acquired.
Generate paperwork for export liquids and post inventory transactions in SAP.
Investigate and resolve blocked status inventory and open STOs.
Update departmental daily performance metrics and run weekly tank reports.
Execute CARM checks and weekly inventory adjustment reports.
Manage and update departmental documents within the site documentation control system (eQMS).
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan, accomplish goals, and work independently.
Tech savvy and reliable.
Preferred Qualifications
BS / BA in Science or Business, or 3–5 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
SAP and inventory tracking experience.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Experience auditing, tracking, reporting, and investigating records in a regulated industry.
Familiarity with CARM and compliance principles.
