Job Description

As a Security Officer Ambassador in Beverly Hills, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom and more .

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a welcoming atmosphere while monitoring access and assisting with security-related procedures. You will play a key role in helping to deter incidents by remaining visible and approachable, addressing inquiries, and providing clear communication. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to use computer systems or tablets to support access control and visitor management. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
