isolved Talent Acquisition is ready to add a remote part-time Verification Processing Agent to our team. In this role, you verify job applicants' employment, education, and references for our clients. To help you be successful while you work from home, we provide a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and monitors. Do you have top-notch customer service skills? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A VERIFICATION PROCESSING AGENT

As a Verification Processing Agent, you play an essential role in assisting our clients with their hiring decisions. Researching company websites, you locate phone numbers and call to confirm applicant employment history. You also use your professional phone skills when verifying candidates' education credentials. The next numbers on your call list are those listed in the references section on applications. While seeking to verify this information, you are sure to leave messages whenever your call is not answered. This means that you also take inbound phone calls when those companies, schools, or references return your call. With every interaction, you use your excellent customer service skills and let your upbeat, friendly personality shine through. You find great satisfaction in knowing that you provide an essential service for our clients. Plus, you love being able to work from home!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Your own personal internet service provider and a quiet place to allow you to work from home
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, the internet, and Gmail
• Ability to type 30+ WPM
• Flexible schedule

Some experience working in customer service, sales, inbound / outbound call center, data entry, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of background checks, phone systems, and human resources is a plus! Are you a quick learner? Do you have strong communication skills? Are you comfortable being on the phone handing calls throughout the day? Do you have great customer service skills? Are you extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to accuracy? PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE

Our part-time remote Verification Processing Agents work 25 hours / week with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule between 8 am to 5 pm . That means no weekends and no overtime !
