Overview
Being an ACD means being all the things : ACDs are both the do-ers and the leaders. This is a time in one’s career when you have to be incredible at ideas but also hone your leadership skills. ACDs have the skills of CW / ADs and Seniors, plus they cultivate client relationships and can tackle meetings, shoots, and other productions without CD oversight. They guide more junior team members and learn to lead from their CDs. For most, being an ACD is a bridge position to CD, and should be treated as such. A key element of an ACD is the desire to become a CD. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to provide support to our diverse customer and client base. Candidates must demonstrate fluency in both languages.

- Creative work is outstanding and on strategy.
- Work is on target, on time, and within budget.
- Account management morale on the account is positive, related to the creative relationship.
- Client and agency management express confidence in leadership abilities.
- Teamwork is well represented in national and / or international award shows.
- Client satisfaction ratings are high.
