Responsibilities

A Bit About the Role

Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments

Drywall repair
Paint touch-up
Door and lock changes
Light plumbing and electrical
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

One year of experience in basic maintenance or general labor , with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues.

Skilled in preparing apartments for move-in by completing all tasks required to ensure units are "rent-ready"

Strong attention to detail , ensuring each apartment is cleaned, maintained, and organized to meet quality standards for new residents

Experienced in performing light maintenance tasks , including basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.

Consistently demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude to foster a welcoming and productive environment.

Thrives in a fast-paced work setting , managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , effectively interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
