We are seeking a Recruiting and Professional Development Assistant with 1-3+ years of administrative experience to work with our team. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience. Essential Duties : Responsible for the administrative functions related to recruiting and professional development efforts. These functions include scheduling meetings, processing expenses, managing data entry in applicant database, organizing applicants, calendar maintenance, circulating program invitations and assisting with logistics, and maintain recruiting and professional development documents. Requirements : 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm setting Ability to think proactively Clearly communicate in a concise and professional manner Work with a variety of managers Exhibit outstanding client service orientation Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize around tight deadlines Able to work independently as well as in a team Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Taft is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
