Salary Range : $37.50 - $62.00

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will :

Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients recover, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent deformities.
Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations for clients affected by injury or disease.
Utilize effective tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions while ensuring safety.
Document client information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans, modifying them as necessary.
Educate clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises to continue at home.
Incorporate age-appropriate treatments and evaluations tailored to client needs.
Stay updated with current research to enhance daily treatment practices.

You will have the opportunity to :

Treat individuals of all ages with diverse diagnoses and disorders.

Document in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements.

Exhibit flexibility with variable work schedules and assignments.

Engage with external partners, including providers, case managers, and public organizations.

Supervise assistants, aides, and students in providing care and treatment.

Provide ongoing education and training to peers in your areas of expertise.

Perform other related duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.

Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice.

A valid driver's license may be required when applicable.

Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers is required within the first 60 days of employment.
