Regional CDL-A Truck Driver (Recent Graduate)

10-4 Logistics USA seeks recent graduates holding a valid CDL-A to operate regional dry van routes east of I-35. This position is intended for drivers who have completed truck driving training and are seeking consistent, no-touch freight assignments on a regional schedule.

Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Home time : Two days every other week

Area of operation : Routes east of I-35

Equipment : Late-model Freightliner tractors; automatic; fully equipped

Freight : Dry van, 100% no-touch

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to assigned schedules.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; identify and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch; follow customer delivery instructions and schedules.
• Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and during interactions on the road.
