Position Overview :
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our surgical instruments operations team. Your day will include receiving and checking inventory, performing cycle counts, organizing and building surgical instrument sets for hospitals, inspecting and verifying components, and completing computer documentation.
This role requires excellent focus, dexterity with small parts, and strict adherence to protocols. It's a fast-paced environment where accuracy and a sense of urgency are key. Overtime may be required based on workload (including one Saturday per month).
Requirements :
High school diploma (required)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Professionalism and reliability in a team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
AS400 experience preferred (training available if needed)
