Business / Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager – Brother Motorsports, Baxter, MN

Key Responsibilities :

• Present and sell Finance & Insurance products such as extended service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel protection, and other coverage options to ensure customers are well-protected and confident in their purchase.
• Secure the most competitive financing options tailored to each customer’s needs while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide a clear explanation of all financing terms and protection options to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Manage vehicle titling, registration, and all compliance requirements in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Consistently achieve sales goals for F&I products while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
