Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8am-4pm)

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to support our Adult Day Health Services team. This is a unique opportunity to provide hands-on care and promote well-being for older adults and individuals with disabilities in a supportive, day-program setting no evenings or weekends required!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments and manage participant health needs
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Supervise personal care and train staff on health protocols
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Respond to emergencies and support interdisciplinary care planning
- Foster positive relationships with caregivers and participants
