Key Responsibilities
Manage the Problem Management lifecycle in alignment with ITIL best practices
Conduct trend analysis to identify and log problems before they escalate
Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve underlying issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) in an ITIL-aligned environment
ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation certification (Problem Management Practitioner certification is a plus)
Experience in conducting comprehensive trend analysis and identifying patterns in incident data
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
