Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 11 / 11 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel PT Acute Care Hospital @ Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital Years of Experience : At least 6 months of acute care experience within the last couple years. 5x8s, Days, 8a-430p Tuesday - Saturday

• BLS required.
• NC State License required.
• EPIC required.
• Patient Diagnoses : Progressive Care Unit or Medical Unit
• Ortho exp preferred. Acute Care exp required. Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.
