ITOM Advisory Consultant

A company is looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant - ITOM.

Key Responsibilities

Support IT Operations Management product sales by addressing customer business issues and demonstrating technical credibility

Facilitate customer discovery workshops, presentations, and proof of concepts to convey the value of ITOM solutions

Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer insights

Required Qualifications

Experience in solution consulting or presales, particularly in datacenter domains

Hands-on experience with technologies related to Cloud, DevOps, Monitoring, and Automation

Ability to drive technical activities in complex organizations managing multiple stakeholders

Experience in creating and influencing enterprise architectures in large organizations

A passion for building trustful business relationships and a customer-centric attitude
