Salary : $60,000 - 150,000 DOE

Porsche South Austin is looking for Service Technicians for our South Austin, TX location. We employ Porsche certified technicians.

Job Summary :

A Porsche Certified Service Technician, fixes, inspects, and maintains Porsche vehicles. Main duties include using tools to identify and diagnose potential issues with a customers vehicle, explain problems with the vehicle to the customer and perform maintenance on the vehicles to fix or prevent them from future breakdowns or issues.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Repair brake and steering systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Replace or repair transmissions and fuel components as needed.
• Repair cooling components and systems including air conditioners and engine cooling.
• Perform emissions inspections, safety checks and similar state-regulated vehicle examinations.
• Produce legible and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.
• Must read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
