What You'll Do

Our Life Sciences Consulting Services assists clients in finding the right balance between protecting the business and driving measurable value. This staff role supports client engagements and innovates in the market, focusing on areas such as strategic planning, business transformation, organizational structure and operating model optimization, clinical trial acceleration, complex data analytics, research compliance and regulatory affairs, and technology implementation support. You will spend most of your time providing client services in the life sciences and health domain and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Support client engagement teams across life sciences and health domains to deliver professional services.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive strategic value and operational improvements in R&D.
  • Contribute to projects related to strategic planning, operating model optimization, clinical trial acceleration, data analytics, and regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, health, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in life sciences and / or health (e.g., pharma, biotech, CRO, academic medical center, cancer centers), preferably in an R&D setting
  • Basic knowledge of key R&D functions (preclinical, clinical trial execution / clinical development, regulatory affairs, quality or safety)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in core business tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel based on project requirements and client needs
  • Ideally you'll have

  • Advanced coursework, certifications, or degree (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD) in life sciences, business, public health, or related discipline
  • Prior R&D / clinical trials / clinical development consulting experience
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, ICH, FDA) and compliance in R&D
  • Exposure to CTMS and other tools used in R&D and clinical development

    What We Offer

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range (US) between $69,700 and $114,800, with higher ranges for NYC Metro, WA, and CA. Total Rewards include medical and dental, retirement plans, and paid time off.
