PAY RATE : $12.00

SCHEDULE : Flexible days / hours. 15-20 hrs / week

The Custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the branch and outdoor areas.

• Provide general custodial care, including but not limited to :
• Restrooms / Locker Rooms / Offices / Program areas
• Floors
• Windows
• Surfaces
• Disposal of garbage
• Keep surrounding outdoors area clean, i.e. parking lot / entrance.
• Assist in snow removal and salting sidewalks and parking lots as needed.
• Complete cleaning checklist and all tasks as assigned each shift.
• Regular and timely attendance to respective schedule.

The ability to work independently and hold self accountable as well as partner with co-workers to provide quality services required. Must have the ability to lift 50-75 pounds. Able to work with cleaning equipment, chemical compounds, solvents, cleaners, and solutions in dry, liquid, spray and aerosol forms and perform essential cleaning functions
