We are seeking a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) to partner with financial advisors in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The BOA provides administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors and is a valued part of the client support team.

Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.Account Management : Learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.Administrative & Operational Support : Work independently under the guidance of the financial advisor. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.Technology : Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.You can also expect

Compensation note You'll be competitively compensated. Edward Jones applies a human-centered approach to share success with associates through discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonuses based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance.
