We’re looking for a talented Sales Account Executive to help expand our footprint in the Houston area. If you’re passionate about technology, construction, and building long-term client relationships — this is your opportunity to make a big impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise-level accounts.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders — from project owners and developers to general contractors, architects, and construction managers.
  • Maintain and grow existing clients , securing renewals and uncovering upsell opportunities.
  • Leverage our lead database to qualify prospects and keep your pipeline full and accurate in Salesforce.
  • Deliver tailored software demos that show how Multivista’s solutions solve real construction challenges.
  • Represent Multivista in the market — attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to strengthen your network and stay current on construction trends.
  • Own the full sales cycle , from first contact through signed contract, with full support from our marketing and operations teams.

Who You Are

  • Based in Houston, TX , with a strong understanding of or interest in the construction industry, architecture and / or software sales .
  • A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings.
  • Experienced — with 3+ years in B2B sales , ideally selling SaaS solutions or technology to executive-level decision makers in the construction industry.
  • Proven hunter & closer with a track record of exceeding sales goals .
  • Strong communicator — articulate, confident, and skilled in delivering compelling presentations.
  • Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and building long-term, consultative relationships.
  • Organized and strategic — you know how to manage your time and your pipeline.
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive annual base salary of $60,000 – $70,000 + uncapped commissions
  • Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $100,000+
