Job Requirements : Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aides (PCA)

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) who are committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our clients. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

1. Certification and Experience

• Valid NYS HHA or PCA certification with a minimum of 1-5 years of professional experience in home care or related settings.

We are looking for compassionate, skilled, preferably bilingual, and reliable HHAs who are passionate about providing high-quality care while maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with clients and their families. Pay : $19.10 - $22.00 per hour

HHA Training

If you are looking to obtain a Home Health Aide certificate, we have a great offer to help you obtain it at little or no cost to you.

We will reimburse you up to $500 to be trained at an accredited HHA Training school of your choice. You would only need to provide a receipt for the training course, and work at least 150 hours for our agency before you would be eligible for the reimbursement.
