Position Overview -
Tosh Farms is a rapidly growing, family-owned, crop and swine production business with over 550 employees in Tennessee and Kentucky. While we are family-owned, we are not a small outfit – we are three companies operating under the Tosh Farms umbrella.
As part of our growth, we need an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to perform the electrical wiring at our feed mill, new construction sites, and other existing barn sites along with various tasks related.

In this role you should expect to
Responsible for all tasks related to electrical systems and power to existing facilities, and facilities under construction (both industrial and residential)Install, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on electrical circuits, control panels, and boxes : replacing fuses, resetting circuit breakersInspects all electrical connections prior to operation of systemsResponds to call-ins and performs emergency work when requestedAssist in troubleshooting generatorsOperate basic hand tools, and other heavy machineryWill run wire and conduit at elevated heightsChampion a Safety CultureFollow and adhere to all company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedWho you are
At least 18 years of ageAbility to maintain and sustain clean driving historyWorking knowledge of installing electrical systems and National Electrical CodeAbility to read, interpret and perform work from blueprints and wiring diagramsDemonstrable mechanical, mathematical and analytical aptitudeEffective communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to follow instruction with limited supervision and manage timeProblem solving skills with independent decision-making abilityStrong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with extreme accuracyWork independently and also on a teamPhysical Requirements
