Compensation & Perks :

Pay : $2,600 per 24-hour call (negotiable)

Malpractice : Fully covered

Hospital & Role Highlights :

Setting : Community hospital with Level 3 Trauma Center

Call Only : In-hospital general surgery + consult coverage

Call Volume : calls / 24 hours

Average Surgeries : 10 / day

Annual ER Volume : 27,000

EMR : Epic

ORs : 10 total, with a highly trained surgical team

Demographics : Adults 18+, no pediatrics

Other Staff : Works alongside 1 other general surgeon + APPs

️ Procedures You ll Perform :

General surgery (adult + trauma)

Central line & PA catheter placement

Chest tube insertion

Vascular access

Cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, appendectomy, bowel resections

Trauma management for internal organ injuries

Requirements :

Board Certified in General Surgery

Ohio License REQUIRED

Certs : BLS, ACLS, ATLS REQUIRED

Clean file only

Must be available for July dates no exceptions
