Job Description

The shelfAdz Delivery Coordinator will act as a liaison between all assigned accounts and coordinating departments, as well as the primary point of contact for the client on assigned shelfAdz project work, providing answers for questions, problems and requests raised by the client. Other responsibilities are to ensure that the client receives only the highest quality of product and services, in a timely manner, and has overall accountability for the management of assigned projects and implementations of new and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include tracking project issues, providing management reporting and issues resolution tracking as well as maintaining cross-functional business expertise within Vestcom. Other responsibilities include project status and communications, while establishing and maintaining relationships with all concerned parties. shelfAdz Delivery Coordinator work will include support across Retail and CPG clients. This role is 8AM-5PM Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• shelfAdz Delivery Coordinator for all assigned accounts.
• Ensures total client satisfaction, through the timely completion of client shelfAdz campaign requests.
• Utilizes, prepares and maintains appropriate documentation related to campaign requests.
• Initiates and answer written internal & external correspondence.
• Responds to client's e-mail and facsimile communications.
• Interfaces routinely with stakeholders including shelfAdz Sales, Delivery, and Product, Client Experience, IT, and other groups as needed in support of shelfAdz event campaigns.
• Serves as project stakeholder on project work related to shelfAdz tag / sign changes, new requests and other shelfAdz projects.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
