Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive Data strategy aligned with business objectives

Hire, manage, and mentor engineering managers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Oversee the planning and maintenance of Data infrastructure and lead Data projects ensuring timely delivery

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of hands-on engineering experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role

Experience managing budgets of approximately $5M

Exceptional technical knowledge in Engineering and Architecture, particularly in cloud development

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Engineering or Computer Science

Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking skills
