Job Summary : The Admissions Counselor is responsible for recruiting prospective students within a designated territory and coordinating outreach programs to increase student yield for Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC). This position focuses on developing and implementing recruitment events, conducting campus tours, and maintaining ongoing communication with prospective students, their families, and relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required and 4 years' experience in admissions, recruitment, or related field.

Work Environment : This position requires occasional travel within the designated territory and across various BCTC campuses. Some evening and weekend work is required for recruitment events and activities.
