Job Description

As a Security Professional - Armed Driver Aero / Defense Site in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more.

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at this aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This is an armed and driving post, where you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment while engaging with visitors, employees, and contractors. Your role will involve routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Pay Rate : $26.24 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Tue 05 : 45 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Wed 05 : 45 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Thur 05 : 45 AM - 02 : 15 PM

Fri 05 : 45 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
  • An Armed Guard Card or license is required.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
