Strong work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty. Ability to work independently and as part of a small but mighty team. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. Hourly wage starts at $22-$24 per hour (negotiable based on previous experience and / or references). Paid weekly. Consistent shifts. Full-time (40 hours per week). Overtime opportunities available. Responsibilities :
- Operate a variety of mobile crane models with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform manual labor tasks, such as loading and unloading, as needed.
- Communicate with customers and team members to ensure effective coordination of daily operations.
