Account Manager – Lawn Care & Plant Health
Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Account Manager – Lawn Care & Plant Health to lead one of our largest and most impactful departments. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service quality, and coaching our production teams to consistently exceed expectations. You'll report directly to the General Manager and work closely with other department leaders to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Production Managers in the Lawn Care & Plant Health division.
- Conduct and participate in weekly meetings , including team huddles and one-on-one check-ins.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction across all managed accounts.
- Maintain safety, efficiency, and profitability standards across operations.
- Protect company assets — including vehicles, tools, and equipment — through regular inspections and accountability.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as gross profit targets and inspection scores (95%+).
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.

March 1 – October 31 : Monday–Friday, with optional Saturdays.November 1 – February 28 : Four-day workweek (Tuesday–Friday).No Sundays.Profit Sharing : Paid twice a year (July & December) based on company performance — potential to earn an additional 20%+ of base salary.PTO : Accrues from day one; available immediately as earned.Paid Holidays : Memorial Day; Fourth of July (extended days depending on calendar); Labor Day; Thanksgiving (4+ days off); Christmas (4+ days off); New Year's (2+ days off); Birthday (after 5 years of service).Job Type : Full-time
