Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of low to medium risk contracts including but not limited to business services, clinical services, professional services, marketing, SaaS and licensing.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, legal, compliance, finance, and other departments to ensure obligations and requirements of agreements are fully understood and appropriately resolved.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Partner with legal to develop / improve legal templates and processes to reduce contracting turnaround time.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience negotiating and drafting contracts across a broad range of contract types, suppliers, and products / services
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts and ability to identify potential commercial and legal risks / issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Contract management or paralegal experience in high transaction volume environments
  • Bachelor's degree or 7 to 9 years of relevant experience

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication, influencing skills, including an ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
  • Prior experience within the health-tech or technology industry.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Law.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

    • Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 - $220,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
