Expected Responsibilities :

Handle incoming minor and major emergency phone and radio calls for assistance including, but not limited to :

• Reports of break-ins
• Requests for security officers
• Alarm activation calls
• Customer service threats
• Active shooter situations
• Lost equipment
• Requests for access to facilities
• Send and respond to emails sent to the SOC from stakeholders.
• Respond to alarms via state of the art computer equipment and software applications.
• Monitor alarm and CCTV activity for multiple facilities throughout Customers territory.

Must pass a 10 panel DOT required drug screen

Excellent customer service skills

Reliable and professional

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent

Speak, read, and write English.

1 yr or more security experience
