Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line / Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and consistency. You will play a key role in delivering a world-class dining experience to our discerning members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and club specifications
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep
• Assist with prep tasks including chopping, marinating, portioning, and labeling ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently during busy service periods with a focus on quality and timing
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Support special events, private functions, and rooftop service as needed
