Our team practices across a wide range of insurance defense and civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and automobile liability claims .

We're currently seeking Associate Litigation Attorneys to join our expanding practice. Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of pre-litigation and litigation , from initial case evaluation through resolution.

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.

Conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Provide legal analysis and strategic recommendations to clients and insurance carriers.

Maintain consistent client communication , providing updates, advice, and case strategy.

Collaborate closely with partners and fellow associates to ensure efficient case management and superior client service.

Track billable time, manage expenses, and perform necessary administrative functions related to active caseloads.

Perform additional duties as needed to support litigation and firm operations.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active Georgia Bar membership (or eligibility for prompt admission).

3 5 years of litigation experience preferred, ideally in insurance defense; recent graduates with strong credentials will also be considered.

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but not required.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction and ethical practice.
