A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Prenatal, LA North.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market growth in the LA North region
Build and lead a high-performing sales team to execute sales strategies and optimize profitability
Analyze sales results and industry trends to drive success and increase sales volume within the territory
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically in Women's Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health
Proven experience in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to exceed sales goals
Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to assess the needs of healthcare professionals and provide consultative sales support
Experience working in a startup environment is preferred
