We are seeking Operations Coordinator to join our small, high-energy team in a ground-level role with unlimited growth potential in Fort Worth, Tx . This position is ideal for someone eager to learn how to own and operate businesses while gaining valuable, hands-on experience across logistics, manufacturing coordination, financial processes, and vendor management. You’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in scaling an innovative and disruptive business model.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in vendor management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with financial processes or bookkeeping preferred.

Hours : Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm

Compensation : $29 / hourly
