Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a driven Sales Manager in Adairsville, GA. In this Sales Manager role, you will be responsible for leading a manufacturing company in bathroom fixtures rollout in North America. This role is pivotal in executing the go-to-market strategy, building and managing customer channels, and driving growth in both retail and OEM segments. Collaboration with global product, marketing, and R&D teams will ensure product designs meet market needs.

In a Sales Manager job you’ll be responsible for :

Product & Specification Leadership :

  • Advise product development teams on regulatory requirements and certification needs for U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Provide insight to guide design, packaging, pricing, and positioning tailored to market expectations.

Sales & Channel Development :

  • Directly manage sales in core channels :

    • DIY / home improvement retailers.

  • Bathroom showrooms.
  • Online platforms.
  • Distributors.
  • OEM relationships (cabinets, housing manufacturers).
  • Expand reach into adjacent verticals such as built‑in housing, modular construction, and private-label opportunities.

    • Marketing & Industry Representation :

  • Serve as the in-house subject-matter expert in sinks and countertop fixtures.
  • Collaborate in marketing strategy, sales tools, and collateral creation.
  • Plan and represent the company at key events such as KBIS, IBS, and other national trade shows.

    • What you’ll need :

  • 5-10 years of sales leadership in bathroom fixtures, particularly sinks, basins, or countertops.
  • Proven expertise in U.S. / Canadian certification standards and technical product knowledge.
  • Established network with retail and distribution buyers, including national chains.
  • Track record of business development, complex sales cycles, and long-term account growth.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and effective in cross-functional global environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
  • U.S. travel availability (~25-40%).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Asian manufacturing environments and import / export logistics.
  • Experience in private-label initiatives and working with international production partners.
