In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
  • Monitor production output and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and operation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
  • Proficient in G-code and M-code programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
  • Familiarity with CAD / CAM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
