Purpose of Position :

The Operations Lead has primarily responsibility for supporting the Operations Manager by overseeing daily production and warehouse activities at the Lebanon facility. This role works alongside team members while providing direction, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Personal Attributes : At times, the Operations Lead will be privileged to information that should not be shared. The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing their duties, not spreading information to others. The incumbent must demonstrate the following personal attributes :

Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand. The employee is required to lift and / or move up to 45 pounds daily. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, soaps and / or chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to cold, and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
